Mitchell Cromes is a recent graduate of Northern Illinois University, where he earned a Master's Degree in Sport Administration. Before attending NIU, Mitchell graduated from Ohio Northern University with a B.S. in Sport Management. As part of the requirements to graduate from NIU, Mitchell fulfilled his internship in the Akron Aeros Associate Program during the 2011 season. During this time, Mitchell embarked on his life's journey with his wife Jennifer and was happily married on June 18th. The newlyweds now reside in Akron with their dog Shea. The 2012 season will mark his first full season as part of the Akron Aeros Front Office Staff..
