KURT BUSCH, DRIVER OF THE #2 MILLER LITE DODGE
COMING TO CANAL PARK ON AUGUST 13, 2008

Kurt Busch, driver of the #2 Miller Lite Dodge in the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series and 2004 Winston Cup Champion, is coming to Canal Park on Wednesday, August 13, 2008 as part of "NASCAR Night" at the ballpark.

"NASCAR Night" is being sponsored by The Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company. The night's events will include the following:

• Autograph session by Kurt Busch on the main concourse from 6:00 p.m. until 6:40 p.m. and again from 7:05 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
  
  
• Ceremonial first pitch to be delivered by Kurt Busch
  
  
• The #2 Miller Lite Dodge show car will be present on the main concourse
  
  
• 5,000 2008 NASCAR driver posters to be distributed to fans at the Goodyear Tire Retailers tables located on the main concourse
  
  
• Lucky seat drawings throughout the game for fans to have the opportunity to win NASCAR related memorabilia, which will include a number of autographed items

The Akron Aeros opponent for the evening will be the Connecticut Defenders. The game is scheduled for a 7:05 p.m. start with gates opening at 6:00 p.m. Tickets are $10.00 for adults and $8.00 for juniors (12 and under) or seniors (60 and over).
