Ross has previously worked with the Mahoning Valley Scrappers and Erie SeaWolves.An Uhrichsville, OH native, Ross graduated from Mount Union College in May 2003 with a degree in Sport Management. While not at Canal Park, Ross enjoys attending concerts and sporting events as well as playing golf. Ross resides in Tuscarawas, OH with his wife Tiffani and their son Rylan.
